These Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Terms of Service”) apply to Nod & GO ("the Site"). Use of the Site and executing a transaction on the Site all constitute unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event, shall Nod & Go or any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Nod & Go, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website. If any portion of this limitation of liability is found to be unenforceable for any reason, then Nod & Go’s aggregate liability under such circumstances for liabilities that would have been limited shall not exceed Fifty dollars ($50).

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Nod and Go and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts the encompass Douglas County, Nebraska for the resolution of any disputes.
