The Thunder from Down Under, Chad Phipps cut his teeth on broncs in his home country of Australia. Attending college in Odessa, Texas he decided to stick around and now makes his home in the Sandhills of Nebraska. Riding the Badlands Circuit, Chad is one of the up and coming stars and is proving himself time and time again that he not only belongs on the PRCA, but undoubtedly will be at the finals in short fashion.
